Reservations, Guarantee, and Cancellation Policies 

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy: 

Reservations may be made up to one year in advance. Reservations are based on availability and are only guaranteed when made with your credit card. Guaranteed reservations will be held all night for your arrival. If you are unable to guarantee your reservation, your room may be held until 4:00PM. All reservations on our Sites require a credit card guarantee on a reservation.  If it becomes necessary to cancel a prepaid or guaranteed reservation, 

The reservation must be canceled by 4:00 PM CST hotel time on the day of arrival by calling us at (918) 427 3221 / 3222 on the property directly and receive a cancellation confirmation number. 

Reservations Policy 

At Interstate INN, we strive to make your booking experience as seamless as possible. To secure your reservation, please follow these guidelines: 

• Booking Confirmation: Reservations can be made online through our website, by phone, or in person at the front desk or Email. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete. 

• Contact Information: Ensure all contact details provided during reservation are accurate to facilitate communication. 

• Check-in and Check-out: Standard check-in time is 2:00PM, and check-out time is 11:00AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and may incur an additional fee. 

• Special Requests: Please inform us of any special requirements or preferences at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs 

Guarantee Policy 

To guarantee your reservation at Interstate INN, the following conditions apply: 

• Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. The amount will be specified at the time of booking and can be paid via credit card or other accepted payment methods. 

• Credit Card Authorization (CCA): A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. The card will not be charged until your arrival unless a deposit is required, in which case the specified amount will be charged as per the booking conditions. 

• Pre-Authorization: Interstate INN reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival to ensure validity and sufficient funds. 

Cancellation Policy 

We understand that plans can change. At Interstate INN, we offer a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate unforeseen circumstances: 

• Standard Cancellation Policy: 

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund. 

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. 

• No-shows will be charged for the single night stay. 

• Non-Refundable Bookings: 

• Some special offers or promotional rates may be non-refundable. These bookings will be charged in full at the time of reservation, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. 

• Group Reservations: 

• For group bookings (5 or more rooms), a 7-day advance notice is required for cancellation or changes. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival will incur a penalty fee of up to 50% of the total reservation cost. 

• Early Departure: 

• If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, no refunds will be issued for unused nights. 

• Holiday/Peak Season: 

• During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or peak season), a 7-day notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations within this period may incur a penalty fee of one night’s stay. 

• Method of Refund: 

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
